Virtual BCBA (Full and Part Time Positions)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In‑Person

Salary: $94,500-$110,000 + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Full‑time (30+ hrs), Part‑time, or Contract also available

Model: In‑person clinical care (clinic & home‑based)

Strong leadership presence, in‑person supervision, and hands‑on RBT collaboration

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

BCBA certification from BACB

Minimum 1 year of experience with children with ASD

Solid understanding of ABA principles and interventions

Compensation and Bonus Structure
$94,500 - $110,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure for those interested in additional clinical hours. Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling—choose hours that fit your life.
