Architect- Architecture Design

We are seeking an Architect to join our teams in Denver, CO; Under supervision, you will apply technical professional proficiency to solve architectural problems and coordinate project activities in a supportive, team‑oriented design environment. Support design teams on various project types, including commercial, rail, transit, and aviation, through all stages of design.
Seek advice from peers and supervisors to enhance current abilities and make timely design and technical decisions collaboratively.
Develop programming, planning, and other conceptual design activities.
Create Revit-based construction documents from designs and sketches.
Produce a complete set of construction documents in BIM.
Follow redlined documents for production in Revit and support hand‑off to junior staff.
Perform site and field work, including site investigations, existing facility inventory, and field‑measured documentation.
Provide Project Architects/Project Managers with status reports on architectural documents.
Complete assignments efficiently, accurately, and timely, and perform quality control prior to publication or senior staff review.
Maintain and coordinate the project BIM model and develop strong knowledge of construction document standards and conventions.
Develop thorough knowledge of building codes and code review processes.
Consult with product manufacturers, evaluate cost information, select materials, and inspect architectural features in the field.
Deepen understanding of building materials and construction methods.
Demonstrate strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Create basic and informative 3D models in BIM or other digital format.
Perform additional duties as determined by the Supervisor to support the Architecture Practice.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
Minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experience, including all phases of architectural drafting, detailing, and consultant coordination.
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, or other rendering software is preferred.
Expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite required.
Must be in the process of completing the Architect Registration Exam (ARE).
