Speech Language Therapist (SLP)

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in CO.

The SLP will provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and collaboration to support students communication and educational needs.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs

Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals

Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress

Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active SLP license in the state of CO (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply

Experience working with school-aged children is preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery

Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
