Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up with company-provided leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Complete applications and assist clients throughout the insurance process
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and follow all applicable insurance regulations
Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients and generating new business through networking, referrals, and marketing.
Meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
Explaining different insurance products, such as life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.
Recommending suitable insurance policies based on clients' needs and budgets.
Preparing quotations and helping clients complete insurance application forms.
Processing policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.
Assisting clients with filing insurance claims and providing support throughout the claims process.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Achieving sales targets and staying informed about new insurance products and industry regulations.
Requirements
No previous insurance experience required
Must be willing to obtain the required state insurance licenses ( PC and Life)
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Professional, dependable, coachable, and organized
Comfortable working with customers and discussing financial products
Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and regulations
Bilingual candidates are a plus
