Voice Picker/Packer

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Possible overtime on Fridays)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Voice Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will use a voice-pick headset and RF scanner to accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift, maintain productivity standards, and ensure high levels of quality and accuracy.

Utilize a voice-picking headset system to receive and complete order assignments.
Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products and quantities are correct.
Follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues.
Safely handle materials while adhering to all company safety policies.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
Experience using RF scanners and/or voice-picking technology is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
