Job Description Registered Nurse (RN)
Axiom Gardens of Mount Vernon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts, medication administration records, and care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois
