At Little Acorn ABA, we believe every child has unlimited potential. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

As a Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) , you will play a key role in developing, overseeing, and optimizing individualized treatment programs designed to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. This is a fully remote position , but the candidate must reside in the state of Ohio and hold an active Ohio COBA license.

Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure client progress.

Supervise and support RBTs: Provide clinical guidance, feedback, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians implementing treatment programs.

Review data and make clinically appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with families and provide guidance and training to support treatment goals.

Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory, insurance, and organizational requirements.

Participate in team discussions and work collaboratively to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Passion for helping individuals with ASD achieve their fullest potential.
