CAREGIVER : Full time/Part Time (HOURLY SHIFT).

Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

As the Caregiver, your role includes providing hands-on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

Status: [FULL TIME / PART TIME / PRN / ETC.]

Responsible for designated group of residents during shift; Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance

Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly

Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well-being

Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas

Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents

Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs

Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs

High School diploma or GED required

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership

Compassionate, resident-focused approach with superior customer service skills

Employment in Florida is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements. Applicants will be required to complete fingerprinting and background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
