The Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum has an excellent and immediate openings for part-time, on-call Concessions Attendants. Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains rules and regulations of Legends Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.

Handles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy

Basic food preparation

Serve customers with food orders in a timely manner

Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times

Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.

Basic working knowledge of food and beverage

Basic food preparation.

Positive customer service-oriented attitude at all times

Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift

Must speak and understand English.

Other Qualifications Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
