We are seeking to hire experienced pest control personnel for our Service Manager position. The primary responsibilities of the Service Manager involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day service team and customer service operations of the branch to achieve the budget each month. As a Pest Control Service Manager, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

Counsel, train, and develop employees and manage employee performance.
Training Provided)
Apply products in accordance with laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Use inspection tools, application tools, and equipment as needed.
Tolerate a variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions including damp, dusty, etc.
Enter and exit crawl spaces, structures and other tight spaces.
The primary requirements of a Pest Control Service Manager involve:

Previous Route Management experience in a service-oriented industry is required.
Maintain flexible work hours, including Saturday work schedules and work hours before 8:00 a.m. Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage
