New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care. Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
