Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 8-hour day shifts (start time varies by unit; day shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Deliver high-quality inpatient, outpatient and rehab interventions (ortho, neuro, post-surgical, trauma)
Perform and document patient care in Cerner PowerChart with accuracy and professional detail
Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, rehab aides and nursing to ensure cohesive care plans
Provide skilled care for complex diagnoses including spinal cord injury, stroke and trauma
Participate in unit-specific orientation and complete required Cerner training
Qualifications State Physical Therapy license required (license to submit is required)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (facility notes may consider strong inpatient clinical experience in some cases)
Travel experience preferred; Comfort working across inpatient, outpatient and rehab settings
Strong documentation skills in Cerner PowerChart
Knowledge & Skills Proficiency with Cerner PowerChart EMR and electronic charting workflows
Skilled in patient assessment, mobilization, gait training and therapeutic exercise
Experience with orthopedic, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation
Familiarity with bedside procedures and working alongside rehab aides/OTAs
