We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
