Shifts: Floating required, every other weekend
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role is based in a 28-bed med/surg unit focusing on respiratory care, including trach and chronic ventilator patients. Nurses comfortable with a fast-paced environment and familiar with patient ratios of 1:5/6 will excel in this unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
Provide high-quality nursing care to med/surg patients specializing in respiratory ailments
Manage trach and chronic ventilator patients within the unit
Perform phlebotomy and blood draws as needed
Float to different units as required
Adhere to unit protocols, including wearing solid black scrubs
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience, specifically with trach/chronic vent patients
Experience in drawing blood, with at least 2 years recent experience
ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing degree
Must include Epic and phlebotomy experience on resume within the last 12 months
