Restaurant Server ( Night and Weekend- Part Time)

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is currently looking for Part-Time Servers to join our team. Purpose: The Latitude Server is on the forefront of Resident interaction with the dining program for the community. From daily operation of the restaurant and bar, to catering and special events.
Prepare restaurant for lunch / dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
identify appropriate wines; answer food preparation questions
Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording Resident choices; identifying Resident special dietary needs and special requests
Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars
refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
Properly open and pour wine at the tableside
returning credit card and signature slip to Resident
Assist with special events as needed
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
Daily Operations and Customer Experience:
Maintains a high level of Resident contact throughout service hours
Build strong, effective teams through ongoing supervision, training, coaching, counseling and leadership
Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules
High School Graduate or GED preferred.

Previous serving experience required
Food Handlers Card
Good telephone speaking and listening ability
Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, & spirits
Evening & weekend availability required
