Part Time Unarmed Security Officers!

19.00 per hour

This is a Part Time position.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Must be available for 12 hour shifts on the weekends.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields.

Front Desk - Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner

Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival

Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms

Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks

Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders

Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner

Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)

Must be able to obtain a valid State security license

Basic computer skills

Minimum of one year of customer service experience OR one year of security experience
