Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Reports To: Director of Support

Position Summary
Carpenter
The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of structures and fixtures throughout the property. This position requires experience in residential and light commercial construction, carpentry, maintenance, and repair work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform residential and light commercial construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Construct, install, repair, and maintain cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, trim, decks, walkways, and other structures.
Remove and replace damaged or defective building materials and structural components.
Inspect ceilings, flooring, walls, siding, glass, and woodwork to identify repair needs.
Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing systems using wood, steel, concrete, plastics, composites, and other materials.
Install, finish, and repair drywall/sheetrock.
Perform roof repairs and shingle installation.
Complete interior and exterior painting and staining projects.
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs as assigned.
Perform welding and fabrication work as assigned.
Install and repair fencing.
Create, install, and repair property
