In this important role, you will be engaging directly with our customers, managing project timelines and budgets, and working hand in hand with engineering, finance contracts, and production to deliver customer mission success. As a program manager, you will be the hub of critical relationships powering the engine of growth and success.Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex satellite communications programs from contracts through execution and deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, contracts, business development, operations to ensure programs are running within scope and on scheduleLiaison between the customer and engineering to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met through project lifecycleBuild and maintain a strong program pipeline work with customers to understand their future missions needs and how AKRA can be a part of that visionMaintain data integrity which includes project milestones, SalesForce opportunity and business projectionsOversee and manage multiple programs at the same time including budgeting, contracts, scheduling and risk managementBuilding strong and meaningful relationships with our customersQualifications:Required:5+ years of experience in program/project management working with engineers in aerospace, defense, or similar industry.Government Security ClearanceAbility to multitask and effectively manage multiple customers and programsExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsDesired:BS in a technical field in engineering, computer science, industrial technology, or similar fieldExperience in satellite communications, satellite systems, or RF communicationsBasic understanding of satellite communication principlesExperience managing software programsExperience working with US Space Force, NASA, NOAA, or NROProficient use of the Atlassian tool suiteExperience using SalesForce to track opportunitiesActive TS/SCI U.As a valued team member, you’ll be part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer’s missions and driven by a higher purpose - to ensure the safety of our nation.CACI values the unique contributions that every employee brings to our company and our customers - every day.
