Certified Or Registered Medical Assistant

MUST have an active CCMA, CMA, CPhT or RMA certification to apply. Passed AAMA, NHA and RMA testing is a MUST.

Seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join our team in an Interventional Pain Management Clinic!

Hours 07:30 am-04:00 pm M-T. Fridays 07:30 am-01:30 pm.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a new graduate as long as they meet all other requirements. Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment.

C-ARM Machine experience highly preferred

Duties include:

Referrals to specialist clinics

Medication printing and modifications

Pulling Charts and completing HPI

Vital Signs

Ordering Radiographic Imaging

Answering phone calls

Prior Authorizations for medications

New Patients packets data entry

Eclinicalworks charting experience is a BIG PLUS

Work well with varying providers who each require unique forms and assistance
