Technical Recruiter
Compass is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing teams across Engineering, Data, and Product. As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for our technical positions. Please note that this is an in-office role.
Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employment
Work with Compass hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
Promote the Compass brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates
3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers

• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
• S. with a strong academic record
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
