Summary
Represent the Maison by achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional boutique experience. Support daily boutique operations while upholding the brand's service and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide attentive, knowledgeable customer service.
Build and maintain client relationships, capture client information, and support client events.
Resolve client concerns and provide after-sales support in accordance with Maison values.
Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.
Requirements
Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer skills and MS Office experience required, with SAP knowledge preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.
