As a Forklift/Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving materials, supplies, and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. What We Offer:$18 per hour1st shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2/2/3 schedule)Health benefits, including telehealth medical servicesReferral programWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDAssociate degree highly preferred1–3+ years of forklift and material handling experience in a manufacturing environmentForklift certificationAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift 26–50 poundsAbility to stoop and bend regularlyWhat You'll Do as a Forklift/Material Handler:Receive incoming goods and verify shipments against recordsInspect materials and products for quality and accuracyGather, verify, and package items for shipment according to specificationsMaintain accurate records of received and shipped materialsSupport receiving and shipping department processes and proceduresTrack and document damaged, defective, or missing itemsEnsure materials are shipped correctly to manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, or customer locationsOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficientlyAssist with inventory movement and warehouse organizationPerform additional duties as assigned
