At D-BAT Virginia Beach, the front desk is the face of our business. Every phone call, lesson, membership, camp registration, and customer interaction begins here.
We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. Our Front Desk Team plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the daily operations of one of the area's busiest baseball and softball training facilities.
If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and working in an environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries regarding memberships, lessons, camps, clinics, cage rentals, and training programs.
Schedule lessons, camps, clinics, and cage rentals accurately using our booking software.
Help customers find the training programs and memberships that best fit their goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail area.
Coordinate with instructors and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Accurately document customer accounts and maintain detailed records.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
You genuinely enjoy talking with people and creating a positive customer experience.
You confidently explain company policies, including cancellations, scheduling, memberships, and fees, while treating every customer with respect.
You enjoy staying busy and can successfully manage multiple priorities throughout your shift.

Typical Shifts:

Evening and weekend availability is required.
Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including buckets of baseballs and moving pitching machine equipment.
Assist with facility setup, cleanup, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
Work in a positive, energetic environment where you'll make a real impact on our customers' experience.
Develop valuable customer service, communication, sales, and business skills.
