Employment Type: Full Time
Provides technical support by evaluating customer needs and resolving hardware and software issues. Installs and maintains computing devices and related software, ensuring operations and user accessibility. Communicates with customers and team members to ensure updates and resolution of technical problems.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
Less Than 2 Years of Experience in IT support or a related field (Required)

Completes basic to moderately complex business support assignments; work involves minimal problem resolution.
Strong attention to detail and self-directed to consistently ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Ensures the implementation of company policies in their daily tasks, identifies potential risks in their scope of work, and reports any breakdown in controls to the supervisor.
Solves basic to moderately complex administrative and operational challenges.
Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Addresses problems that are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures and by identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Follows established protocols and guidelines to complete tasks accurately and to mitigate basic risks, and reports any potential compliance issues to their supervisor.
Makes decisions based on specific instructions, standard practices, and established procedures, which generally require little or no supervision.
Solves basic administrative and operational challenges within defined parameters and escalates, as needed.
Applies basic knowledge of concepts, terminology, and specialized administrative requirements to support area of responsibility in Information Technology.
Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
