Conduct both routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory analyses across a range of disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering strictly to established protocols.
Examine results thoroughly for accuracy, tackle any errors head-on, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Document all methodologies meticulously, guide new hires or interns, and uphold the laboratory's quality assurance standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment by following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Secure ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for fruitful collaboration with healthcare teams.
