Schedule
19:00 - 07:00, 12-hour night shifts with every-other weekend rotation.
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients experiencing mental health issues, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for patients in behavioral health settings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Administer medications and manage treatment regimens.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred (must obtain within designated time frame).
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience.
Experience with common diagnoses such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
