Part Time Customer Service Concierge

We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK'S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), the Colorado Mammoth (NLL), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and Skycam.

Nature of Work: Customer Service for Guests. Serve as Theatre Box and Club Level Concierges; Serve as a concierge for all Premium spaces within Ball Arena such a Suites, Theater Boxes, Club Lexus, etc.

Provide Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service to all guests during events.
Understand the policies and procedures for Ball Arena premium ticketing areas.
Shifts times include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum of one year service-related, concierge, or hospitality experience.

Exceptional customer service is required.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Ability to work a varied, part-time schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
