• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes using Fanuc controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring all parts meet customer and engineering specifications.

Monday-Friday

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling and turning machines with Fanuc controls.

Adjust machine offsets, tooling, and programs to maintain part quality and production efficiency.

Load raw materials and fixtures, ensuring proper machine setup and operation.

Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Monitor machine performance and conduct routine preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals and delivery schedules.

Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong experience with Fanuc controls and CNC machine operation.

Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes.

Experience using precision inspection equipment and measuring instruments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
