Providing direct patient care to inpatients who require hemodialysis

Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns

Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery

Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care

Current RN licensure as required by state regulations

CRRN certification preferred (assistance available if not yet obtained)

Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience

Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting
