Senior Consulting Actuary - Health

Senior Health ActuaryClient-facing health consulting leader. Closer to client-facing consulting than a modelling-heavy individual-contributor role because relationship leadership and business development are core to the remit. Senior Health Actuary role in Marsh's Actuarial and Financial Group, serving large employer health and benefits clients from a hybrid Marsh office location such as Norwalk, Connecticut. You will lead complex consulting engagements, review actuarial analyses, advise clients, develop team members, and help grow the health practice. ASA or FSA credential required.Must have:ASA or FSA credentialStrongly preferred:Consulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives) and relevant experience in group health and benefitsProven ability to manage client relationships and effectively deliver complex presentations and recommendationsExperience leading and developing team members in a professional settingNice to have:Demonstrated success in business development and identifying growth opportunitiesExperience leading successful intellectual capital projects related to health actuarial services and productsExpertise in innovative networks, health plans, data science, or predictive analyticsSkills & Domain: Group health and benefits consulting Large client management (10,000+ lives)
