Polysomnographer, Full-time

Job Description Full Time and PRN RPSGT needed - up to a $15k sign on bonus available! #Pivotal Health is seeking an experienced RPSGTs or RTs to work at Lewi-Gale located in Salem, VA. This position will provide sleep services on a Full time basis from 8:00PM-6:00AM. Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience and patient ratio.

Pivotal Health partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.
Facilitating tests and collecting data

• Responsible for preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
• Responsible for following proper polysomnographic procedures including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
• Analysis (scoring) of clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulation of final data to be submitted for further review
• Must have a Virginia Department of Health Professions State License
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
• Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist "RPSGT" or certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Vaccination and immunization records or titers may required

The employee is required to use his/her hands to operate office equipment.
