Leading the administration of global employee benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Manager will ensure compliance, accuracy, and a consistent employee experience while managing benefits operations across multiple markets remotely.
Coordinate global benefits renewals and ensure alignment with financial objectives and compliance requirements
Monitor global benefits operations performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
6-8 years of experience in benefits administration, including 2+ years in a management role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
