RUNNER | ARRIVE ALBUQUERQUE POSITION PROFILE: The responsibility of the Runner is to maintain efficient service between kitchen and front of the house.

Route 66) in Downtown Albuquerque, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub. Originally built in 1965 and opened as Downt owner Motor Inn, this 137-room boutique hotel is bright and comfortable, with a modern southwestern-inspired charm. After checking in at the front desk, grab a bite at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian-American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food. Our seasonal poolside paradise serves tropical drinks and light bites to enjoy in the sunshine.

TASKS AT HAND: Ensure all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and guest requests

Knowledgeable of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, capacity, and hours of operation

Deliver food and beverage items from kitchen/bar in prompt and neat manner

Inform servers and applicable team members of wait times and any product shortage

Assist server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.

Guest service oriented

Flexible schedule – must be available to work a variety of shifts

Understand guest’s service needs

Work with minimal supervision

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
