We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals.

Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions

Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team

Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
