What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

Welcome customers with a smile and provide exceptional service

Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately

Prepare cashier's checks and issue receipts

Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing

Answer customer questions and branch phone calls

Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs

Support teammates and contribute to a positive branch culture

Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality

Occasionally assist at other branch locations as needed

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience in a professional financial environment is preferred.
• Cash handling and transactional experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Equipment/Software

Ability to operate general office equipment, banking equipment, and banking systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
