The Director, Human Resources provides strategic human resources support and direction to leaders of assigned areas and works closely with leaders and employees to provide a positive work environment characterized by high performance, progressive organizational change, continuous professional growth/development, open communication, and proactively supports the efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services.
Minimum of ten years human resources experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Bachelor's degree

Strong experience in change management and organizational design
Demonstrated ability to create, implement, market, measure and evaluate employee retention programs and human resource policies and procedures
Strong organizational, communication, presentation, leadership, conflict resolution, and project management skills
Personal organization and time management

Personal motivation
Provide strategic support and direction to leaders of assigned areas on a variety of issues including but not limited to organizational design, engagement, retention and change management.
Partner with other HR Centers of Excellence to support leaders in recruitment, retention, recognition, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, programs, policies, and procedures.
Provide continuous education and coaching to leaders and ensure leadership compliance with Human Resources processes, programs, policies, and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
Partner with the HR leadership team and leaders of assigned areas to develop and effectively deliver employee communications.
