Job Title: Project Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage each project's scope and timeline
Plan and manage project delivery by tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities are aligned and dependencies are addressed
Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and expectation management
Track project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and key metrics
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years' experience in a Project Management
Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling Ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps etc.
Familiarity with software development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Nice to have:
PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
ADO skills
