Honor Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team in Woodbridge, Virginia. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

As a Physical Therapist at Honor Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with various functional limitations, chronic pain, or post-surgical recovery needs.

Utilizing evidence-based practice to implement therapeutic procedures including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and patient education.

Continuously monitoring patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on regular assessments.

Documenting each consultation, treatment session, and evolution of care rigorously in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote rehabilitation services and foster community engagement.

Maintaining professional development through ongoing education and attendance at in-service training sessions.

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages recovering from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative care from surgeries such as knee or hip replacements. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience in outpatient settings or specialized practices such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or sports therapy will be highly regarded.
