Project Architect - Work From Home

We are seeking a design-driven Architectural Designer / Project Architect with 8-12 years of experience to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate brings strong design iteration and visualization skills, with the ability to develop and execute creative ideas across all phases of a project. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of project typologies, with a focus on workplace environments — including adaptive reuse and transformative interior projects. Our teams are structured to welcome new ideas, foster collaboration, and support continuous professional growth.

We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays can be in-office or WFH for most roles.

May participate in project pursuits, client presentations and community engagement activities.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.

A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate professional experience.

Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.

Flexible to play multiple roles across varied project types.

Ability to lead Revit model development and adept at building information modeling.

Ability to define and drive project milestones, facilitate project meetings and effectively coach team members.

Architectural registration is a plus.
