Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a specialty in Telemetry to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment focused on cardiac stroke treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in IA or compact license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing is preferred.
Epic Experience is required.
Ability to work every third weekend is mandatory.

Shift Information
This position is for day shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 07:00 to 19:30.
