Banditos Tacos & Tequila Bartender Position

A rebellious passion for never-ending fun, Banditos Tacos & Tequila is a "Taco Temple" inspired by the mouthwatering flavors of Mexican street food. We are more than a group of restaurants dedicated to excellent service and delicious food. We are a high-performance team comprised of a variety of individuals, personalities, and skill sets. We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Bartenders who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to beverage recipe adherence and guest experience.

Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences

Always maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants

Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building

Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdiction's guidelines

Ability to fully adhere to beverage recipes in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant's facilities.
