This is a forward-thinking company, fixing cars with the customer's experience as the driving force. Interact with customers, answer telephones and customer questions
- Manage all work authorizations, repair and parts orders, supplements and warranty work
- Work with insurance companies to process claims, submit supplements and take photos
- Quality Control of vehicles before customer delivery
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, technicians, insurance representatives and vendors
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
