Job Description Job Description Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting high schools for the 2026/2027 academic year in the Lancaster, CA area. This full-time BCBA role offers the chance to work closely with school psychologists and administrative leaders, conducting FBAs, observations, interventions, and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans. As an itinerant Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll provide valuable expertise across several nearby high school campuses, making a positive impact on diverse student populations.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB
Reliable personal transportation to travel between sites
Background in school-based ABA services
Collaborate with school support teams to implement interventions
The hourly pay range is $50–60, depending on your experience and degree level.
