Construction Procurement Buyer
Poly-America
P. is currently seeking a Buyer to join our procurement team. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.
Buyers at Poly-America are responsible for purchasing equipment, goods, services and effectively managing vendors. A successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories, secure favorable pricing, optimal terms and manage projects in a professional environment.
Develop and execute purchasing strategies
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure timely delivery and completion of requisitioned goods and services
Manage procurement projects and agreements
A Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
Experience in purchasing or sales preferred
