Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 4201 Rucker Ave. Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, helping healthcare providers, researchers, and patients make informed decisions that advance care. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, rotating Saturdays
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)

6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist

In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client Office or Hospital. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM: PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.
Benefits: Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333) hours of sick leave for each hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
