The Material Handler role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

Competitive compensation: earn $21.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.

Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

This is a full-time temporary role, which operates 3PM to 11PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!

Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providingeffective communication, both verbal and written.

The ability to work overtime and weekends.
