Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in telemetry and a background in orthopedics and bariatrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care in a fast-paced environment and will be required to float to other units or hospitals as needed.
Responsibilities
Monitor patient vitals and provide ongoing assessments.
Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy.
Interpret and manage dysrhythmias in telemetry patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active South Carolina RN license.
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
At least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year of EPIC experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the specialty for first-time travelers.
Previous charge nurse experience is a plus.
