Join Our Growing Independent Insurance Agency
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. As an independent insurance agency, we represent multiple top-rated insurance carriers, allowing us to provide personalized coverage solutions that best meet our clients' needs. This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.

Responsibilities
Develop new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage
Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage options from multiple carriers
Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License
Previous insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using agency management systems and computer applications
