Summary We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dynamic team. At VITAL, we provide flexible opportunities to work in various long-term care facilities throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area. Our LPNs enjoy the freedom of full-time or PRN work, with the ability to float between different locations each week. The primary responsibility is to cover weekly Priority Shifts.
Responsibilities and Purpose Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.
Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.
Collect samples and oversee catheter care.
Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.
Required Experience and Education Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
Reliable transportation for weekly travel.
Mileage Reimbursement for trips that exceed 30 miles one way. Direct deposit on mileage Monday & Fridays each week.
Preplanned PRN "Priority" shifts scheduled a week in advance and "pick up" shifts when needed.
