Starting/training pay starts at 17.00 per hour with raises and bonuses available in first 90 days and after. In our company trained crew members are paid a base pay of $17.50 up to $24.50 per hour not including the additional bonuses, commissions or tips earned.

Full benefits provided including weekly pay, health, dental, vision insurance, company health savings accounts and company paid supplemental insurance. Retirement plan with matching company contributions. Some paid holidays and bonuses as well. Crew Leaders get company provided unlimited cell phones.

All uniforms, tools and training are provided upon hiring. All team members are trained "in house" and earn raises & promotions immediately upon advancement from training period and taking initiative in daily tasks. We specialize in premier residential maintenance and cleaning as well as servicing retail commercial businesses. We do clean one to three story homes and commercial buildings via ladder or pole work. Typical hours are 7:30 am to approximately 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. During busy seasons selected Saturdays are required (approximately 17 Saturdays per year are required out of 52. For those who like overtime it is almost always available to those who want to earn extra money.

Detail and quality oriented

Be dressed in uniform(provided) with good hygiene

Demonstrate ability to work alone and/or with partner or a team

Be able to follow directions and stay on task without supervision

Experience performing light maintenance duties such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning is a MAJOR PLUS, but not required

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to get to work

While performing the everyday responsibilities of this position, (cleaning gutters and windows) the employee is regularly required to climb ladders, load and unload equipment from vehicle (up to 60 lbs), walk around and through the customers home, walk up and down stairs within the work site.
